HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

To initiate a return, visit your order page and initiate a return. Select the garment and schedule a pickup.
You can also contact the Cove & Lane Concierge at support@coveandlane.in
Please ensure the garment is completely unused with tags and packaging intact.
Once the product is picked refund will be initiated in 3 working days to the original source account for prepaid orders, for the COD orders a link will be sent to your registered email ID.

Return & Exchange Policy – Buy 2 Get 1 Sale

During our Buy 2 Get 1 sale, the following terms apply:

1. No Returns or Refunds

Products purchased under the Buy 2 Get 1 offer are not eligible for returns or refunds.

2. Exchanges

Exchanges are valid for all purchased items in the order.
Exchanges can be made only for size or color of the same style.
Style changes are not permitted.

3. If Size or Color Is Unavailable

In case your requested size or color is unavailable, you may:
- Wait for the item to come back in stock (if restock is planned), or
- Exchange it for a different color/size in another eligible product of equal or higher value (price difference payable).
If no suitable exchange option is available, the item will be returned to you.

4. Conditions

Items must be unused, unwashed, and with all original tags intact.
Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

5. How to Initiate an Exchange
