FREE RETURNS FOR 14 DAYS

Not in love? You can return or exchange items within 14 days of delivery. We will take back garments that are unused, undamaged, and unwashed with tags in original packaging

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

  • To initiate a return, visit your order page, select the garment, and schedule a pickup request.
  • You may also contact the Cove & Lane Concierge at support@coveandlane.in for assistance.
  • For quick approval, upload images of the product or a video showing the item with tags intact when raising your return or exchange request.
  • The garment must be completely unused, and tags must be intact to be eligible for return or exchange.
  • We value hygiene and quality standards as a top priority. Returns or exchange requests may be declined if the product does not meet the eligibility conditions mentioned above.
  • Once the returned product is received at our warehouse, the refund will be initiated within 3 to 5 working days to the original payment method.
  • Items received as part of an exchange are not eligible for return.
  • One free return or exchange is offered per purchase.

EXCHANGES

  • Happy to exchange your product at no additional cost
  • For exchanges of lower price, the balance amount will be refunded to you
  • Size exchange is subject to availability

LOOKING OUT FOR YOU

  • Please share the package unboxing video for the wrong product / Missing item received.
  • Don’t hand over the Product without a pick-up slip or SMS Confirmation.
  • Don’t accept if the package is tampered.
  • Don’t share the OTP with the carrier if you haven’t received the product
  • If you have any concerns or issues with the delivery, please raise them within 7 days from the date of delivery, so that we can assist you promptly.
  • In the event a non-Cove & Lane item is returned by mistake, we’re happy to send it back upon request. A ₹100 return shipping fee will apply.
