Click the hamburger menu on the top right corner of your screen. Select "Account". Go to "Orders". Sign in with the same email address you provided when placing your order. If you haven’t signed in before simply sign up as a new account using the same email and set a password. Select the product from your order list that you wish to return or exchange. Click the “Return” button. Once you click “Return” a pop-up window will appear with options for Return or Exchange. Choose whether you’d like to return or exchange the item. Provide the reason for your return or exchange. Select your preferred refund method. Verify your address to ensure we send your exchange to the correct location. Once all details are confirmed, you can proceed with your return or exchange.

You can return or exchange items within 14 days of delivery. We will take back garments that are unused, undamaged and unwashed with tags in original packaging. To initiate a return, visit your order page and initiate a return. Select the garment and schedule a pickup. You can also contact the Cove & Lane Concierge at support@coveandlane.in. Please ensure the garment is completely unused with tags and packaging intact. Once the product is picked refund will be initiated in 3 working days to the original source account for prepaid orders, for the COD orders a link will be sent to your registered email ID.

We offer several secure and convenient payment options: Credit/Debit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, Rupay, American Express UPI & Net Banking: BHIM UPI, Google Pay, PhonePe, and all major bank accounts Wallets: Paytm, MobiKwik Cash on Delivery (COD): Available on orders up to ₹5,000 (a nominal fee of ₹50 may apply)

We'll do our best to accommodate any order changes within 24 hours, provided the products have not left our warehouse. You can return or exchange items within 14 days of delivery. We accept returns for garments that are unused, undamaged and unwashed with tags intact in their original packaging. Once your order is placed and ready for pickup, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with tracking details so you can follow your package’s journey.

Happy to exchange your product at no additional cost. For exchanges of lower price, the balance amount will be refunded to you. Size exchange is subject to availability. Please share the package unboxing video for wrong product received

We deliver across India including major cities, towns and select remote areas. We aim to service all pin codes across India offering free express delivery within 3 to 5 business days.
