Return & Exchange Policy – Buy 2 Get 1 Sale

During our Buy 2 Get 1 sale, the following terms apply:

1. No Returns or Refunds

• Products purchased under the Buy 2 Get 1 offer are not eligible for returns or refunds.

2. Exchanges

• Exchanges are valid for all purchased items in the order.
• Exchanges can be made only for size or color of the same style.
• Style changes are not permitted.

3. If Size or Color Is Unavailable

• In case your requested size or color is unavailable, you may:Wait for the item to come back in stock (if restock is planned), orExchange it for a different color/size in another eligible product of equal or higher value (price difference payable).
• If no suitable exchange option is available, the item will be returned to you.

4. Conditions

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and with all original tags intact.
• Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
